Idea 1: The zine of magazines. I want to take a bunch of old retro magazines such as play boy, life, the source, etc and re-work them somehow into collages. A potential option could be to incorporate it in modern day as an ironic juxtaposition. I could also create collages of places such as an office space or somewhere that you may not expect to see these magazines, sort of representing the fact that just because we don’t always see things directly right in front of us doesn’t mean it’s not affecting the outcome.
Idea 2: I could create a spin on Where’s Waldo and put a bunch of him everywhere and make it more so like everyone is always constantly thinking of one or two main things but you have to choose what your “Waldo” is and what you let control your headspace- could be someone you love, your job, school, passions- it’s up to you to choose something positive because what u put out is what you’ll get back- even Waldo’s got something on his mind- we all have our own stories and lives so its important to be humble and compassionate
